Before your first class, here’s everything you’ll need to know to feel prepared, confident, and ready to flow.

Form-fitting, comfortable workout attire works best. Avoid clothing with zippers or accessories that could catch on the equipment.
6. First-Time Clients:
Please let your instructor know if it’s your first class or if you have any injuries or areas of focus — we’re here to guide you safely and support your goals.
